24.01.2022 Gratitude post....... Wishing all our amazing customers, suppliers, staff, family & friends a very Happy Holiday season. It has been a very different year for everyone. Without the patronage of our customers and unwavering support from my staff and loved ones I think this year would have ended very differently. ... Have a safe and festive Christmas Day and we'll be back on Boxing Day leading into the New Year.......2021 here we come!

Ideally we would like to remain unchanged in how you can get your mixed lollies etc, however our priorities will always be to ensure both yours and my staffs safety. 05.01.2022 So today especially I’m feeling very humbled. A bit long but please keep reading as this person deserves a post like this. The week started with us reopening on Tuesday after 2 months of being closed. So many of our customers have come in this week and expressed how excited they were to hear we were open again! It has definitely put a very large smile on my dial. The reason I am so humbled today especially is because one of our regulars, a generously kind & big hearted... man (I’ll keep his name secret for privacy reasons) came in today and presented me with a monetary gift to help my business. I tried to refuse however in his words he himself and his parents come from a background of self employment. He knows how hard it can be in business, especially during times like a recession (which they survived in 1984) and current times like our recession and COVID-19. He presented me with the money he had recently earned by working overtime on a Sunday. He wanted me to do ‘whatever’ with it. All I can say is, that this really tugged at my heartstrings and filled me with a sense of pride to know that someone I see almost everyday, thinks that me and my business was worth it. The Australian Spirit is well and truly alive. Supporting local is what he wanted to do. All I can say is thank goodness he warned me that he was coming in today to do it otherwise I would have been a teary hot mess. Thank you so much to this gentleman. Words simply can’t express how grateful I am for your overwhelming generosity
