25.01.2022 To all my friends who have been to bella Tuscany with me and Carlo, we are sending a big hello to you all. Carlo is in Cortona, but it is like a war zone, they are still in lock down in Italy until the 3rd May. I am sad that we are not there together as we should have been. 14.01.2022 Cortona we miss you and all our friends. Carlo is returning back there tomorrow with his mum Rosanna so they can be reunited with Carlos dad. Carlo is back enjoying seeing his friends and family in Cortona now, however the children and I stayed in Australia, kids at school and doing well. 12.01.2022 TUSCANY FESTIVALS THE CHIANINA COW// if you have ever been to Florence or the surrounding areas in Tuscany I hope you enjoyed a Fiorentina Bistecca that is famous from this region and comes from these enormous/ unique big cows!! They will only serve the meat rare, so be prepared, but it is so tender, tasty and unforgettable!!! I suggest ordering the BIG BISTECCA when you come to Tuscany
