02.01.2022 HOW TO make our favourite Aussie Bubble Tea with Miss Sienna. You will need: Black Tea bags x 3 (We use Madame Flavour Australian Breakfast Tea) Creamer or Milk Powder x 1/2 cup Sugar Syrup x 2 Tablespoons... Tapioca Pearls x 3 Tablespoons Milk x 1 cup Ice cubes x 1/2 cup Water x 360ml, 250ml Method: Step 1. Prepare Tapioca Pearls - Bring 360ml of water to the boil, add Tapioca Pearls. Stir on a low flame for 20 minutes. Drain off excess water, leave a little for extra chewiness. Step 2. Prepare Tea - Add 3 Black Tea bags to 250ml of boiled water, infuse for 5 minutes. Remove Tea bags and add Crema powder, stir until smooth. Step 3. Line your chosen glass with Sugar Syrup, add ice, Tapioca Pearls, Milk tea - stir and enjoy! *Tapioca Pearls - available from Asian specialty stores, Sugar syrup - Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan, stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves, bring to the boil and cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, store in refrigerator)
