05.01.2022 It's been so busy here that I've barely had time to sleep this past week! So, introducing the cake hack ..... It was my daughter's 10th birthday this week and I have been so flat out and feeling quite run down. Being the sweet kid she is, she told me she didn't need a birthday cake. But this mumma wasn't having a bar of that! So here is the compromise ... 5 x Woolworths choc mud cakes stacked and frosted with vanilla bean buttercream and quickly finished off with a choc ganache drip and all her favourite lollies. It wasn't the home-baked cake that I love to give my kids each year but she loved it all the same. And sometimes, it's more important to save our sanity
