15.01.2022 It’s time to get back in to a normal routine again starting tomorrow and I’m so so keen to see all my clients again and new clients! That had a couple weeks off! And help them all achieve their personal goals it’s lovely to have a little break kinda of, the food and drinks have been fun, but tomorrow we get cracking on these goals and back to a routine Still have spots available for pt! Prepare your body for childbirth - labour requires stamina, focus and plenty of determination; the fitter you are, the better equipped you will be for giving birth. Reduce constipation - by moving more you'll accelerate movement in your intestine. Faster ...return to pre-pregnancy healthy weight - you will gain less body fat, making it easier to lose the excess kilos once baby is born. Sleep better - exercise can assist in managing restlessness and disturbed sleep during pregnancy. Maintain a level of fitness - if you were a regular exerciser before falling pregnant, you'll be keen to stay in shape. Reduce stress - pregnancy is both a joyous and stressful time, exercise can temper the emotional rollercoaster. 10.01.2022 Today was page 1 of 365, what did you do that your proud of to begin the year? Maybe today you’ve wrote your resolutions for 2018 and reflected on past goals from 2017. Or decided to re visit goals that were in achieved in 2017. This is a whole new chapter in your life, what are you going to do, to make it more than ordinary? ... Tomorrow our week starts again back to work, back to routine or maybe it’s time to make a routine. Sort out our social, work and gym and down time. To create a balance. I have free times currently this week available for pt! If you’ve never trained with me before your first one is free! So why not book yourself in for a free training session this week! Even bring a friend if you’d like to bring a training buddy - then you’ll have social and gym in one! As you sort a routine out. 07.01.2022 Hardest part is actually starting most the time- once you get going it becomes so much easier and so much more enjoyable I find telling myself if it were easy everybody would do it helps incredibley when trying something new so approach new things with an open mind so what if it’s hard or you can’t do many reps - it’s something to work towards and you can’t grow in a comfort zone

06.01.2022 How much sugar are you eating? So one of the biggest things that stands out; boost juice- I get they use real fruits so they’re healthy right? Not exactly- you’ve got to consider the yogurt, milk and anything else that goes in with the fruit- ... So the berry blast one has 21 tea spoons of sugar- blue berries also sit quite low calorie wise.. yet for an original blueberry blast it’s 474 calories so what else is going in there To be 110% honest I’d rather eat 474 calories in pasta or a meal or my snack for the day generally add up to 500-600 calories and they’re more than one item of food there about 5-6 items I’d also feel fuller from the volume of the food- Our body’s want volume of food not calories from sugary drinks
