14.01.2022 A workout you can do any where anytime! All I used were some sliders and an ab roller from Kmart (yay @kmart) Make sure you save it for later and give it a crack!

13.01.2022 -Do you not Value yourself?- In the past and recent present I have let people walk all over me. The reason? I haven’t valued myself. I’ve let people in my relationships, friendships and work treat me however they see fit and it’s done some real damage. ... I am working on this every day. To know exactly what I want and to not let myself take any less. Feeling like these few days away in the hinterland was exactly what I needed to take a deep breath and spend time with my love. 06.01.2022 Slowly working out what my body responds positively and negatively to. It’s a constant work in progress and trial and error. But we will get there in the end! The biggest thing to remember is to not be a hard on yourself and to trust the process.
