Our clients were inspired by their parents/in-laws coastal home and this Brand new house is one of a kind. With its Western Red Cedar cladding transitioning seamlessly into Lysaghts Longline 305. The Blackbutt flooring that looks ties in perfectly with the spotted gum decking. The Hand pitched girder truss the Maddison Constructions carpenters buil...t on site. The Trend corner stacking door that when open, brings the outdoors inside to the kitchen. The Pool, built 1.8m above the ground, overlooked by the alfresco area is the perfect place to relax and unwind for summer months. The views from this house are stunning and we are sure the owners will love waking up to them every day. 17.01.2022 With the change rooms nearing completion, we have started our final push ahead on the clubhouse extension. Plaster was installed and sanded early this week, allowing the painters to come and completely transform the internals of this clubhouse making the transition from old to new seamless. Our carpenters have finished laying the deck and poured the concrete slabs for the air conditioning units and refrigeration units. All while the tilers made a start on the floors inside. 16.01.2022 Recently we have partnered with Reno Studios to bring one of their new dream homes to life. The house has been raised, our plumbers were in to start this project. Soon after the Maddison Constructions carpenters were able to make a start on the downstairs floor and walls. Now the windows are installed and Maddison constructions has completely transformed the front faade of this building. A new roof has been installed to the extensions, we have pushed forward with the interna...l renovation. 14.01.2022 In the last few weeks, the Logan Lightning Football Club has come along in leaps and bounds. With the Changerooms nearing completion, the carpenters on site have been able to focus on the Clubhouse itself. Our leading hand supervisor Luke is doing an amazing job marking door and garage step downs and ordering all steel for this new home.
