18.01.2022 Exciting news as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping has been approved as a therapy for treating PTSD by the US Veterans Administration. Exciting that at long last people are starting to accept that alternative therapies that complement traditional medicine may be useful (an understatement on my part). The evidence certainly points to significant results using EFT. I get excited every time one of my clients becomes free of pain, anxiety and mental stress using EFT and Matrix.

17.01.2022 My clients are beautiful people on the inside and outside. We all have something that keeps coming back to remind us that an issue remains, has not been resolved. For many it is anxiety that stems from somewhere back in time, that sits in our subconscious. One of my lovely clients this week had an issue that lay frozen in her subconscious mind with a belief that she had been abandoned. That 7-year-old had to go and live temporarily with a friend while her mother cared for ...her younger brother in hospital. Her father was unable to care for her as he was frightened, had not learned the art of loving having never been loved himself. It was out of love that he wanted her to stay with someone else who he knew loved her as his own. However, my client’s younger self decided exactly in that moment that she was not loved, was isolated, had to be bigger, grown up, taller and not a burden so that she could stay at home. Together we resolved that early trauma, changed the belief, found acceptance, love and forgiveness. The next day my client reported that she felt different, happier, that the burden she felt that had previously lay heavily on her shoulder, and that black heaviness within her body was starting to break up into tiny pieces, and leave her body. 09.01.2022 There is much we can learn from the people who came before us.

03.01.2022 I have been working with a young man of 22, same age as my son. This young man has been struggling with where he is going in life and career not sure what to do anymore so came to me for career advice. I could see that he was depressed and he told me that he was feeling down about everything, the world in general and the lack of work here in Perth WA and had been feeling this way for a long time. I showed him some of the basics of EFT to self-manage his day to day anxiety.... Then did some Matrix work. No real memories of the past that were traumatic, as he stated had a wonderful upbringing with supportive parents. He just disliked school and the controlling limit on creativity in most subjects. Went in and did some future self-work at this week’s session and he could see himself in the future as successful. He created an abstract picture of himself (he is an artist) in the Matrix and he laughed and saw it as so positive. When he opened his eyes he could see the picture so vividly. I asked him to draw the picture and visit this image daily for the next 21 days. I left it to him to book another appointment. Two days later he sent me a message I am feeling quite different after the last session, I am just still in shock at how positive I feel. I really wanted to make a difference and thought that I might not be able to help this young man. I have helped so many already through EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. So, relieved that I may have just managed to help him. Had to share my joy. See more
