20.01.2022 It’s recommended that you get at least 30 minutes exercise a day. Taking the dog for a walk is a great way to achieve this. My local area has lots of great paths with some exercise equipment along the way. 11.01.2022 Today is International Men’s Day (for all of you guys who whinge on women’s day... this is it). Some thought provoking stats below - just a reminder to all of you men out there that it’s ok to ask for help, it’s ok to say you’re struggling. Our bodies are like machines we need the whole thing working in order to maximise performance, if the mind isn’t healthy the body won’t run properly and if the body isn’t healthy the mind won’t run properly. Take time today to decide whether getting fit is important to you. Just over a year ago I took that step and I am feeling stronger, fitter and healthier than ever - which in turn has made me more focused, and happier than I’ve been for a very long time.
