It's not about the money for us or about giving you a castle so that you're not disappointed or angry; it's about everyone going home safely from your party. ... That will always be our number one concern. If we have to cancel your hire then please do not look for less reputable hirers that will put you and your guests at risk. Inflatables are not safe to use in thunderstorms, heavy rain and winds above 30km/h.
