01.01.2022 ONE YEAR One whole year ago I decided to take a leap of faith and decided to pursue my babysitting business as my full time job. It wasn’t what I had originally planned to do but I wouldn’t change it for the world. The support I instantly received from clients new and old was incredible, I didn’t realise how many parents there were out there that didn’t want to send their children to childcares and daycares. Within a month I was booked out until the new year and by Decemb...er I had filled the whole year for week days for 2020 and then it just got busier and busier. We’ve grown to a group of 8 girls over the last year and we’ve even survived this pandemic for the last 7 months My job is so special and rewarding, having little people absolutely adore you as much as you adore them is the best feeling in the world and becoming such a big part of their lives, constantly getting told compliments and nice things about myself and my business and the feeling of having to pinch myself that this is even real life. I’ve worked so hard to get Maddy’s Babysitting to where it is today and I look forward to what more it has to bring over the years to come. These beautiful little faces in this video bring so much love & joy into my life. 01.01.2022 We apologise for the delay in responses to messages & booking requests today and probably the next few days to come. Unfortunately woke up to the news that my Grampy had suddenly passed away this morning, two grandparents within 5 months. My family have been hit with a huge loss of important loved ones this year. I am currently in the process of working out/arranging to get to Brisbane to be with my family, at this stage I’ll have to quarantine for two weeks not knowing exactly when I will be back or in fact when I’ll be going just yet although as soon as I know I will get incontact with all of my week day appointments. We have 7 other amazing girls who will be able to take over whilst I’m gone and who you’ll be left in good hands with. Thank you to those who have been super understanding & supportive already today
