22.01.2022 Im not donating $1,000,000 or $500,000 and I won’t state what I have done or how much I have donated because all our levels of donation are different to one another and this isn’t a competeition. $1000 to you may be like $100 to me. How much is not the point, as long as we all help out where and whatever we can Saturday 18th January @ Yarranabbe park I am running an outdoor Bootcamp session with $15 entry donated to @nswrfs @wireswildliferescue @salvosau and many more. We are... also taking donations for a friend who works with @wireswildliferescue who are housing some animals privately at their own homes This isn’t a huge donation but this is something I can do to help and happy to help any other ways too but I feel that if you have some kind of avenue to use and assist raise awareness then do it now. Insta famous influencers should be pulling their finger out and using their apparent fame and asking followers to assist not for the attractions of looking like they care but because it’s what they can do to help There are so many sad stories but so many uplifting efforts other aussies and people around the world now are putting in to assist where they can. 12.01.2022 I never thought I’d be training people LIVE via a web app, from my own room, with people who were in the same city as me because of a pandemic like this but here we are This is the best option for some people right now and to be honest it was a success! Everyone loved it and bringing back some kind of community feel and banter just made everyone happy and to be honest for that 30 min period forget about what was going on outside So I am opening this up to anyone who wants to ...join via Zoom Message me and I can elaborate and answer any questions + send through details If you are isolating at home and don’t have that drive to do your push ups, squats , jump fucking lunges, booty band workouts on your own then jump in on this I don’t want to sound like a tacky motivational person but join in and change your mindset in this current situation, get moving, get the heart rate up and more importantly interact with others. 11.01.2022 During Covid19 - PART 1 You can still GAIN or retain muscle You can still LOSE fat or maintain your physique... You can still IMPROVE fitness levels or sustain them You can still BUILD strength or preserve it But.....You can also do the opposite of all of this during this period and negate all of your efforts and hard work by LOSING muscle GAINING Fat REDUCING fitness levels DECREASING strength levels Avoid the latter by Tracking your food intake properly in relation to your goals or maintaining Following a training program including resistance based sessions Staying active and aiming for roughly 8,000 steps a day or setting aside 30-45mins a day to walk, jog or run Getting adequate sleep 7-8 hours & also improving sleep wake cycle to better our sleeping patterns Staying hydrated by drinking roughly 2-4L of water Don’t be worried you can still maintain and gain with the proper guidance and support. But this all comes down to your drive right now and how much extra effort you are willing to put in. Start with the basics or come and learn them with me!

03.01.2022 Start your week off the right way by planning to achieve small tasks and win the week to keep you sane and in a more positive mindset This probably should have been done before the week starts but fuck it who cares it’s better late then never. This isn’t a tacky request for social media! Right now I’m seeing clients, friends and family all feel like they aren’t going anywhere or progressing wether it be mentally or physically. But if there are no goals or plans then what is t...here to achieve Set 3 realistic goals which can be anything you want to achieve work wise , home life, training, nutrition , sleep, cleaning etc I guarantee you are already doing some of these things but you still feel negative because you haven’t set it out. Show yourself what you can do this week and set yourself up I want to keep you ACCOUNTABLE send me these 3 things, might be daily tasks or over the week. I will help you stay on top of this game like I have with clients and friends already. Positive mindset to smash it



02.01.2022 I am still training clients AND I am still training at the gym myself AND We are still open @p.e.department Being the owner of my own business at this point in time is scary....no work = no money simple as that. I am not asking for sympathy at all more so thankful for supportive and loyal clients who are trying to help to support local businesses like myself in these unprecedented times... I am still training clients and in a facility which is going above and beyond to keep it clean and to stay on top of new laws etc in place Come and train while you work from home or Grab a friend and smash out a session together!
