20.01.2022 Well we have the removalists coming tomorrow to start the packing and we'll be busy cleaning on Wed/Thurs ready to hand over the keys, for someone else to live in our beautiful home :(. Hoping we find something just as beautiful in Brisbane. I will put the "madeit" store in maintenance mode for the foreseeable future until we settle into a new property, which will likely be by mid Feb fingers crossed. Stay tuned for updates of our Queensland adventures xo

19.01.2022 I'm heading out to Sandgate this afternoon to the lovely Billycart Markets. Melanie has just recently closed her shop of the same name, to focus her efforts on this very successful market. You'll even find my friend Kate from Bubba Squish there too :)

19.01.2022 Hello lovely people, well it's been a little while since my last post. Never fear I'm still here, life has just kind of got in the way of Sunday's Child since our move to the big smoke (aka Brisbane) in January this year. Wow I can't believe we're in July already!! Anyway, I know a few of you are wondering what I've been up to and apart from still co-ordinating The Barn Market and teaching Jazzercise classes, I've started a new business.....well you could say a "new way of li...fe" that I'm now excited to tell you all about. 17.01.2022 Shopping trip to Chermside today and the highlights were the "Daiso Japan" shop where absolutely everything is $2.80 and "Breadtop" with every manner of sweet and savoury bread delights. Yummo!

13.01.2022 Well the packing went well, a day of cleaning on Wednesday then a few final touches yesterday and our house is ready for tenants. Fingers crossed a lease is signed soon. 3 more sleeps here in Tassie and then we fly off on our big adventure. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend.

I've had such a fabulous 4 years doing local markets and have met many extremely talented stall holders and wonderful customers along the way. Thanks to Holly & Shannon from the market. who do a fabulous job in bringing together such a diverse and unique range of businesses. I wish them continued success in 2014. I am now relaxing with my post market drink of choice and pondering my Chr...istmas list (I still have plenty of shopping to do lol). Enjoy your Sunday evening xo
