18.01.2022 WINE BUNDLES (and a little story ). We love the story behind @MinersRidgeVineyard Merino Block Riesling. The neighbour's merino sheep decided the vines were looking particularly delicious and decided to pop on over and enjoy a sample just before harvest. As a result, the vintage was left a further 3 weeks allowing the vines to recover before harvest. This, along with an arrested fermentation resulted in a slight amount of residual sugar to remain. The 2020 Merino Block has s...ubtle floral and lime notes with a long and luscious finish. How about this for a lineup! @Miners_Ridge_Wineyard have been growing grapes for a number of years - they're really good at it - but in more recent times they have taken small parcels of their finest fruit and crafted some wine of their own! While the Grampians region is known for its Shiraz, our winemakers are experimenting with other grape varieties... 2020 ORANGE MUSCAT-RIESLING: a fragrant variety wine producer, @blackandgingerwine used to create a luscious and textural white table wine.
