12.01.2022 I love love love this; Good posture doesn’t mean standing like Wonder Woman or a prima ballerina. It’s about enacting a posture - no matter what your body type, and no matter whether you have scoliosis, kyphosis or lordosis - that is dynamic and strong, open and relaxed, with a spine that is ready to move, twist, extend, carry and bend. It means taking up as much space as you need, and moving with intention and confidence.... - Professor Peter O’Sullivan (Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist). ....well said professor

01.01.2022 I was reminded by a friend on the weekend how lucky I am to have this machine at my disposal, so today I took the opportunity to put it (and me!) through our paces and I feel fantastic as a result....but it happened after much procrastination! Like everyone else, I have lost some exercise mojo with the Covid situation and it only takes a little external motivation or a supportive word to get back into it. I opted for a lower body and stretch session with some skipping off the Reformer to boost my cardio component. If you’re lacking motivation, don’t do it out of guilt, but rather be kind to yourself and only start when the time is right.
