25.01.2022 This year is going to be busy, with two of my friends getting married this year. I can't help but get excited and the year has only just begun. 19.01.2022 The B word that most of us forget or hate thinking about. Budget-yep I said it. No more wasting money on any old products, no not this gal. If you want to age gracefully or you basically don't want to look older than your actual age, then invest in your skin. Now you could, slap on a sunscreen and wash your face daily and your budget would be around $50 p.a, that's a great place to start. 3 products I recommend you stock up on with little to nothing in the budget is an exfoliating scrub, UVA/UVB sunblock(min) 30+ and a gentle face wash/cleanser. Next 3 on the list if there's room in the budget is a night moisturiser, eye cream and serum or concentrated oil. Don't forget ladies, your foundation only looks as good as the skin underneath so invest in your skincare before expensive makeup.

17.01.2022 #normal ? ? ? What's your makeup comfort zone? Mine would be when I'm the girl in person(left side). The girl online is me(right side), but I don't really know her. She's got bigger lips, false lashes and tanned skin, but she isn't someone I'd introduce you to often. She's nothing like the girl in person. Who's funny, kind and is comfortable in her own skin. Who is always present, living and loving life. While I do enjoy creating different looks with makeup, my style of make...up stays true with all my clients. I want you to be comfortable in your own skin and love your look in person and recognise the girl in the photos. 17.01.2022 It's Mummy Makeover Sunday and I thought I'd share my own before and after to start the 1st of many MM Fb posts. This is a stage 1 makeover- which is basic makeup. Even though I don't need to teach myself how to do the basics, I did learn that if I dedicated 15mins to myself in the morning, I could achieve this look everyday Every Sunday I will post tips and makeup hacks for mums aswell as sharing before and afters. 13.01.2022 Hey Mumma! Are you taking care of your skin like you take care of your kid's white socks??? Hmmm While the dirty clothes are soaking, why not dedicate a few minutes to yourself with a face mask I try to fit in a charcoal clay mask every Sunday. The charcoal extracts the dirt from my pores which makes my skin feel clean and smooth, therefore I don't rely on heavy cover up as often. *Clay masks are really good to do 3-4 times/month during the warmer seasons, as we ten...d to sweat more and have oilier skin from constantly having the aircon on. It's important to take time out for yourself every week, even if you can only manage 1hr. Do something for yourself that only YOU can benefit from because YOU deserve it and lets face it, you need it... WARNING: you will get comments from other family members.. "DAD! Mum's got toothpaste on her face again, she's gonna scare the baby" my son, every single time

Not only am I given the opportunity to create the looks every year but I get to be amongst Port Lincoln's most talented dancers. 11.01.2022 Lips with attitude. This lip recipe is easy, serves 1 and only takes 5mins to prepare. 4 Ingredients needed which can all be found in your pantry opps, I mean cosmetic bag 1. lip liner(any colour) 2. Your favourite lipstick... 3. Light Brown Shimmer eyeshadow 4. Loose setting powder(pressed powder is ok, if you don't have loose) Method of application 1. Apply lip liner to the outer edge of lip and then colour in entire lip 2. Apply lipstick 3. Use a brush or finger tip to apply eyeshadow to the entire lip including outer edge 4. Dust powder over to set. Results will vary depending on the size of lips and attitude that accompanies the look #makeup #lipstick #lips See more

07.01.2022 Contour and highlighting go together like two peas in a pod. Check out the difference it makes in the black and white photo. The contouring technique for me, has never been about making cheek bones stand out or making noses smaller. I've always done it because it makes the face become alive and 3D. You won't get the 'ghost face' in photos, if you contour&highlight. You will look healthier and younger than the girl who doesn't do it and your makeup will be on trend no matter what look you're trying to achieve. Every face is different and should be custom contoured to suit their shape of face and to do this I like to use 4 colours. 04.01.2022 Brows 101 There are so many products on the market to help you shape your brows. Creating a natural, defined or dramatic brow, is easy to achieve with the right tool. If you make a mistake or want to change your brow shape, you can use a concealer to erase out parts of the brow that you don't want showing. Note; make sure to set the concealer with powder and if you're new to brows, use a light brown shade and go 1-2 shades lighter than the colour of your brows. Brows should be sisters not twins and never cousins
