15.01.2022 RAW PISTACHIO CUPCAKES vegan | sugarfree | glutenfree 1 cup pecans 1 cup almonds... 1/2 cup cashews 10 dates pitted 2 spoons almond butter 2 spoon maple syrup 1 bar of @madewithrawlove chocolate Mix well in your blender until smooth Press into silicone cups. Press shredded Pistachios on top. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. Melt @madewithrawlove chocolate Pour into the cups. Press some roughly shredded pistachios on top. 15.01.2022 RAW VEGAN MINI DOUGHNUTS - 50g of your favourite nuts almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts - 125g Medjool dates ... - 1 tbsp of your favourite natural sweetener pure maple syrup, agave, brown rice syrup - 40g raw cacao powder (Can use @madewithrawlove vanilla elixir) For the topping: (or you could use vegan dark chocolate such as @madewithrawlove). - 100g cocoa butter - 25g raw cacao powder - 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup For topping ideas: - Cacao Nibs - Freeze dried fruits such as raspberries Various nuts pistachios look pretty! 1. In a food processor, pulse the nuts until you get a coarse powder. 2. Add the maple syrup and cacao powder and pulse again. 3. With the motor running, feed in the dates one at a time until you get a thick, dough like ball 4. Remove the mixture and separate the balls into ping pong ball sized pieces. Using damp hands will give you a nice shine on the mixture! 5. Flatten each ball slightly and then using the end of a wooden spoon, make a hole in each ball reshaping slightly if necessary. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up. 6. Melt the chocolate or make the chocolate by melting the cocoa butter in a glass bowl over simmering water. Take off the heat and whisk in the cacao powder and maple syrup. 7. Leave to stand for 10-15mins to thicken up slightly before topping your doughnuts. 8. Sprinkle with the toppings then leave to firm up in the fridge for 15mins. 9. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze the mix without the chocolate glaze for up to a month. 10. Enjoy!! 08.01.2022 CHOCOLATE BANANA SUSHI (JUST 3 INGREDIENTS!) - 2 bananas - 70 gr Dark chocolate (1/2 cup) {made with raw love works perfect!}... - 100 gr roasted pistachios, finely chopped (1 cup) 1. Peel the bananas and stick a toothpick at both ends, so it's easier to hold them while you cover them with chocolate. 2. Cover the bananas with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios. 3. Put them in the freezer for a couple of minutes, to allow the chocolate to set. 4. Once the chocolate is hard enough, cut the bananas into bite-sized sushi pieces with a sharp knife. 5. Serve on their own or with extra melted chocolate for dipping. Enjoy! SALTED CARAMEL SMOOTHIE BOWLS ... 5 medjool dates, pitted cup almond mylk pinch of salt 1 tsp cinnamon 6 chopped and frozen bananas 1 tbsp radiant caramel @madewithrawlove elixir 1 tbsp peanut butter 1. Add dates to a food processor or blender and process until they form a sticky ball of date paste. 2. Add almond mylk and all other ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth and creamy. 3. 06.01.2022 Seductive Raw Chocolate Walnut Fudge - 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil - 1/4 cup raw almond butter (or nut butter of choice)... -1/2 cup raw cacao powder - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener) - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract pinch fine grain sea salt, to taste - 3/4 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped 1. With electric beaters, beat together the coconut oil and almond butter. 2. Sift in the cacao powder and beat again until combined. 3. Pour in the maple syrup, vanilla, and salt and beat until smooth. 4. Stir in the walnuts. 5. Line a loaf pan with a piece of parchment paper. Scoop the chocolate mixture into the pan and spread out until even. I took another handful of walnuts, broke them up, and sprinkled over the top of the fudge for extra crunch and good looks. 6. 05.01.2022 Chocolate Avocado Pudding Truffles - 3 ripe avocados (~450g) - 34 tbsp (60-80g) maple syrup... - 1/4 cup (65g) nut/seed butter - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup (40g) cacao or cocoa powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 cup (30g) shelled pistachios - 1/4 cup (20g) unsweetened shredded coconut 1. Scoop the avocados into a food processor. Add the maple syrup, nut/seed butter, and vanilla. 2. Process until smooth. Let it go for a while, you don’t want any lumps of avocado. 3. Add cacao powder and salt 4. Process until combined. 5. Freeze until firm enough to roll into balls (2-3 hours). 6. Blend or finely chop the pistachios and coconut together. 7. 04.01.2022 CASHEW CHIA CACAO NIB PUDDING paleo | gluten-free | vegan 1 cup raw cashews 2 tablespoons maple syrup... 2 tablespoons @madewithrawlove cacao elixir 3 tablespoons cacao nibs, plus more for serving 3 tablespoons chia seeds Pinch of sea salt 1 teaspoon vanilla paste Soak the cashews in cool water for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Drain and rinse the nuts and place them in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth, up to 3 minutes depending on the strength of your blender. 02.01.2022 Raw Vegan Choc Orange Mousse Cake BASE: 1 cup almond meal... 1 cup cacao powder (can use @madewithrawlove) 4 TBSP maple syrup FILLING: 1 cups cashews soaked for at least 4 hours 1 tsp vanilla extract cup maple syrup cup cacao powder flesh 1 ripe avocado 1 frozen banana zest 1 orange juice of 1 orange cup water 1. For the base: Mix base ingredients together in bowl until they become sticky. It may seem like it wont come together at first but keep mixing until well combined and it will become sticky 2. Press down on the base and sides of a small cake tin and set aside 3. For the filling: add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more water if your blender is having trouble. 4. Pour filling over base and even out with a spatula 5.Freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours Allow the cake to defrost for a few minutes before serving.
