This is my go to breaky, most days it's 1 soft boiled egg, 2 pieces of whole grain toast with peanut butter... and banana, and Vegemite and avacado, and a cup of black tea which is a great substitute for coffee as it's lower in caffeine and increases your water intake for the morning.
