22.01.2022 Healthy peanut butter cups (Reece cups) Base- 1 block of 80% dark chocolate. ... Filling- 3/4 almond butter 2/4 agave maple syrup (or brown rice malt syrup) 1/2 cup of coconut oil Method- Melt chocolate over saucepan. Pour chocolate into paddy cake moulds just until the bottom is covered, freeze for 10-15 mins. Over low heat in saucepan melt almond butter, syrup and coconut oil until it becomes a sauce, add a pinch of rock salt. Let the filling cool for ten minutes then pour over the chocolate moulds and pop into freezer for 1 hour. Enjoy! Mads xx



21.01.2022 Healthy banana bread INGREDIENTS; 3 large ripe bananas 2 eggs ... cup of almond meal 1 cup of spelt flour ( I alternate between spelt and buckwheat flour) 2 tbsp. rice malt syrup cup of almond milk 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt 1.5 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon tsp. nutmeg METHOD; 1. Preheat oven to 180 degree’s 2. Line medium sixed baking tray with baking powder 3. Mash up banana’s in a large mixing bowl 4. Add eggs, almond milk, Greek yogurt and rice malt syrup to the banana mixture 5. In a separate bowl combine almond meal, spelt flour, baking powder and spices 6. Add the wet ingredients o the dry mixture and mix until combined 7. Pour mixture into baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes Mads xx

10.01.2022 Healthy Muesli Bars INGREDIENTS- 160g oats 20g flake almonds... 20g pumpkin kernels 20g shredded coconut 20g cacao nibs 20g sesame seeds 20g goji berries cup coconut oil cup rice malt syrup 1 tbsp. natural vanilla flavoring METHOD- 1. Pre heat oven to 165 degrees 2. In a large mixing bowl add all dry ingredients together (nuts, seeds etc.) 3. In a small sauce pan pour rice malt syrup and coconut oil until dissolved 4. Pour into dry ingredients and add vanilla and mix everything Mads xx



10.01.2022 It’s time to say goodbye to personal training for now as I Focus on full time real estate. I started my business at the wee age of 18 and have put my heart and soul into the industry, something that will take some time getting use to is leaving it. I am sad but also very excited. I know I will one day return to the fitness industry as I love it far to much to ever stop it completely. But for now it’s time to focus on my new exciting career. To all my clients Over the past ...6 years, THANKYOU for always supporting my business, for turning up week in week out.
