25.01.2022 Across the last 15 client questionnaires I have received, majority have said their biggest downfall was nutrition.. I 100% agree that it can be overwhelming and scary but I encourage all my clients to take their time and play around with foods rather than following a meal plan. ... This meal plan I have created in literally 10 minutes by simply writing out foods I want to include and punched it straight into my fitness pal with serving sizes. The biggest mistake I see with people's meal plans/prep is excluding foods they enjoy. I don't believe in quick fixes or following a plan you don't enjoy. Instead my biggest goal is to educate you so much along the journey that you can achieve your goal and easily be able to maintain your results without sacrificing a fun lifestyle! The chicken broccoli days are well gone. Your body burns calories & needs calories to keep running. your body doesn't care if sugars come from fruit or lollies or fats from an avo or a donut. Your body wants to perform the best it can and you want to change your body composition. calories required are calculated on your size, not a 5 year olds.



22.01.2022 ? Well, are you getting results? Are you where you want to be? ... Before I had Harvey, I went to gym, trained what I thought I needed to or what I felt like that day and ate healthy. "Bad foods" Were no goes and I predominantly stuck to fruits, tuna, chicken and veggies. But Oh boy, when I craved shit did I binge too! At first when I was tossing up whether to pay for someone to help me get me where I want to be, I didn't think it was worth it because I was already being healthy and going to gym and it felt like I was giving it my all! What I didn't know though was I could eat things on my "bad" Food list, guilt free I didn't need to nearly die on the treadmill or Elipitcal I could have "cheat meals" everyday if it fits into my calories I could have rest days progress wasn't just what the scales said it's okay to not lose weight every single week a coach was going to be THE BEST INVESTMENT I EVER MADE Before you knock back the decision to hire a coach, to invest in your self and improve your confidence.. Think about how you would feel if in 3 months, 12 months or even 2 years you keep doing what your doing now...Start a diet because it sounds good, you can't keep it up and fall off, find another diet or trend and again can't stick to it.

20.01.2022 Learn the methods I used to shred the baby fat and become leaner than I've ever been. I don't like trainers who use there own transformation as a lure to try fix other people but I use mine because before I had Harvey, I had a completely different train of thought. If someone couldn't stick to something, I thought they didn't want it enough. ... Burning them. create a calorie deficit and you don't need to burn as much through exercise. ... get enough protein. This ties with the calorie deficit as well as strength training. Protein helps with satiety, keeping you fuller for longer and protects and builds lean muscle. include strength training. Want to get toned? Build lean muscle by lifting weights and burning calories. Having more muscle also burns more calories as rest compared to cardio. increase NEAT. Sounds simple but can go along way. 02.01.2022 CARDIO OR WEIGHTS FIRST? When your looking at how to structure your sessions, first think about your goal. If your goal is muscle gain, increased strength or body composition, then your sessions should prioritize weights training over cardio. ... If your goal is to complete a marathon or increase your cardiovascular fitness, then cardio should be prioritized. If your trying to combine cardio and weights into the same session, use the above methods to prioritize your energy levels for your preferred goal. There's no point if your goal is to build muscle and step on stage to be running your energy levels down on the treadmill and going to lifts weights after when your ready to then cark it!
