I feel you just need to prioritise YOU with putting in place a little bedtime ritual that you know will turn off the mind whizzing. For me, my bedtime ritual is: 1. A hot shower followed by 2. cuppa camomile tea then... 3. a few minutes writing down anything I am grateful for AND need to remember the next day and lastly 4. Self Love meditation BOOM!!! 17.01.2022 SENDING LOVE & LIGHT TO THE 5 FATHERS TODAY WHO's SOUL HAS BEEN FOREVER WOUNDED. YOUR BABY'S WILL BE REMEMBERED!! Over the Juky 4th holiday weekend 5 young children were murdered in cold blood as they gathered with their friends and loved ones. 5 beautiful, black children, who had their entire lives ahead of them. I checked social media threads and literally had to dig and dig to find any information on their stories, and most of it came from local news channels. Are th...eir names trending on Twitter right now? No. Are memes being shared seeking justice for them? I haven’t seen one verified #BlackLivesMatter account mention them. I couldn’t believe it. Where are the activists? Where are the leaders? Where are all the people who have been sharing and reposting nonstop over the last month? Where are their petitions and their hashtags? Are their lives and stories not important because they don’t fit neatly into the Defund The Police narrative? This shouldn’t be political. I don’t care what side you’re on or what your beliefs, we all should be outraged at these tragedies. If we are going to cherish life and seek to right injustices, we better start looking deeper than what’s convenient for the moment. Here are their stories, know them: Davon McNeal, 11 years old, Washington DC. Was struck and killed by a stray bullet at a cookout, after five men exchanged fire on a nearby street. #JusticeForDavonMcNeal Secoriea Turner, 8 years old, Atlanta. Was killed when an armed group opened fire on her mother’s vehicle in a parking lot. #JusticeForSecorieaTurner Natalia Wallace, 7 years old, Chicago. Shot and killed by an unknown vehicle, as she played on the sidewalk during a 4th of July party at her grandmother’s house. #JusticeForNataliaWallace Vernado Jones, 14 years old, Chicago. Shot and killed as 4 unidentified men opened fire on a group during a holiday block party. #JusticeForVernadoJones Royta Giles, 8 years old, Birmingham. Was shot and killed while his family waited outside a children’s clothing store. #JusticeForRoytaGiles Help me share their stories. Make their names known. Know their faces. One of the biggest messages I really want people to hear at this time and commit to personally being accountable for is trolling and cyberbullying. This kind of behaviour has got to stop. On just about every social media thread I see there is derogatory name calling and trolling that gets out of hand and becomes damaging to people both emotionally and mentally. We have to call this behaviour out and take a strict stand on that with close monitoring of commenting on posts you know are going to create controversy. Please responsibly monitor your posts. 10.01.2022 ANASTASIA PALASZCZUK.....THIS IS JUST SO WRONG.... This is a cruel and a very unfair deprevation of love (within a moment that you cannot repeat) for this man dieing from a rare bone marrow cancer. With only a few weeks to live, the Qld Premier is denying his 3 grown sons to travel to Qld from NSW & Victoria to see their Dad in person before he dies.... None of the people involved have CV19, so what is the risk of spreading something you don't have?? And yet, Tom Hanks just flies on in to the Gold Coast from the USA and receives an exemption from having to serve an approved Qld Health hotel quarantine??? Apparently making movies is more important than making emotional peace for this family. Oh and let's not conveniently forget the government fully paid for thousands of Australian travellers to hotel quarantine when this first broke out. This family needs help. Where are we now? Absolutely disgusting!! Very wrong!!! I feel deeply sorry for this family... PLEASE SHARE....we must speak up.

This is a photo of the sacred Tsitakakantsa, (Adansonia Grandidieri), the largest baobab in Madagascar. The "Tree of Life" baobab or reniala is a prehistoric species dated back to over 200 million years ago. Reniala means "mother of the forest" in Malagasy. Adansonia grandidieri are the biggest and most famous of Madagascar's six species of baobabs. Endemic to the island of Madagascar, it is an endangered species threatened by the encroachment of agricultural land. #MadonnaBarr #WakeTheFcukUpPeople

We are not a food source which is why the shark bites and then lets go and doesn't eat us realising their mistake. Ninety percent or more of shark incidents are mistakes. They assume that we're something that we are not.- Gary Adkison, diver ("Sharkbite! Surviving the Grea...t White") Although shark attacks can seem vicious and brutal, it's important to remember that sharks aren't evil creatures constantly on the lookout for humans to attack. They are animals obeying their instincts, like all other animals. As predators at the top of the ocean food chain, sharks are designed to hunt and eat large amounts of meat. A shark's diet consists of other sea creatures -- mainly fish, sea turtles, whales and sea lions and seals. Humans are not on the menu. Humans surf in the ocean, the natural home of sharks and many sea creatures. We choose to wear black wetsuits which emulates the colour of a seal/seal lion one of the sharks food sources. We then run around the beaches killing sharks looking for a "murderer shark"!!! Instead of killing sharks and criticising shark nets etc how about we stop wearing black/navy wetsuits and stop overfishing the ocean making food sources more scarce.
