22.01.2022 Ever since I started working with clients, I have noticed that although a client may feel like they are laying straight on the table, their bodies are, in fact, quite curved and a little wonky ie: out of alignment, indicating stressors and blockages not just on an emotional level, but also physically, often causing discomfort and pain. So today we are excited to introduce you to our new team member, Alfred! He will be playing an important role when working with my clients ...and our new modality. Yes, the focus is on spinal alignment and the nervous system, the physical Gateways to your body's tissues and organs for self-healing. This will be a complement to our Reiki, by looking at the physical structure before energy healings. In his spare time, Alfred likes to relax by meditation and cultivating self-care practices.
