01.01.2022 Change For me change scares the shit out of me.. For a long time i have just been someone that never took action and just coasted through life.. ... And then i was introduced to @doterraaunz by @emiliemarie___ i found a new passion! I fell in love with empowering others to live a more natural low tox lifestyle in the home and support themselves and families with more natural remedies. But for me that didnt feel enough, and thats when i was introduced to the @wholesome_health_club by @lexiewright_ and then this made me feel like i had found the missing link in my new venture! I have always had a passion for cooking (was a chef but hated the hours, am i right) and fitness (only motivated myself to go back to group training because i had a buddy) but just didnt ever feel like i had the time to get back into it passionately with work and now being a mum, i lost my love for these 2 things. BUT IM BACK BABY!!! So i am looking forward to sharing my new journey with you all and hopefully helping more people to feel empowered to live there best life also See more
