25.01.2022 Just when I started to think that Moulding and Casting parts was going to be too hard, I found this video of how to make a Silicon mould and Iron Resin material. It's probably very similar to the Iron, Copper and Bronze fills available on the market already, but a much quicker process.

22.01.2022 CTC have done it again and produced a super low cost 3D Printer. SLA 3D Printing allows super high resolution prints from a liquid bath of UV curable Resin I wonder if it has the same build quality as the FDM machines they make? Hopefully the finish of the parts make it worth it though.

21.01.2022 A year ago I got the idea to use recycled glass in printer filament which coulf then be put in a furnace and the plastic burns off. 1 year later and now fiber glass is being used. Not quite what I imagined but really interesting

16.01.2022 Yesterday while at Blue Mountains Creative Industries Cluster we had the pleasure of checking out the new eora 3D Scanner. Using a smartphone and sleek aluminum cylinder, they were able to scan things down to 50microns! Better yet, it only costs $200! 13.01.2022 We finally printed a GUN! Well it looks kinda like one... Other than that we made some more lithophanes and phone cases. The blue case allows kids with a Dexcom blood glucose monitor to connect it to their moto360 smartphone. How cool is that?

06.01.2022 We finally got a job request which justified using a laser cutter and they are as awesome as we always thought they would be. With a 0.003mm cutting size and 3mm MDF sheeting, this floor plan of the @makersplace in Liechhardt is now digitally fabricated and ready to be painted.
