09.01.2022 EASY BEEF RENDANG CURRY USING MAE HILL FARM DICED BEEF . It’s not your 20 ingredient authentic curry but it’s exactly the recipe you’ll want at 5pm on a weekday. Grab Mae Hill Farm diced beef ready to go in our popular farmers selection box. What you’ll need:... 2 tblspns olive oil 1 jar of rendang curry paste ( 185g @ayamaustralia, @turbanchopsticks is another great brand 1 kg diced beef 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 1 onion, sliced 1 small can coconut milk 3/4 cup water What you’ll need to do: 1. In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the jar of curry paste. 2. Sauté the paste so the flavours develop and become aromatic. 3. Add the beef and allow it to cook for a minute. 4. Stir through the coconut milk, add in the potatoes and extra water. 5. Cover the pot but leave a small gap about the width of your finger and allow to gently cook on a low heat for 20minutes before adding the carrots. Continue to stir occasionally. 6.
