Our resident acupuncturist, Sonja Sedmak, now working at Qi Health & Yoga in Freshwater, uses cupping, moxibustion, gentle body work and Qigong in her work on pain. Qigong is a gentle form of exercise which combines the breath with moving meditation to bring the body to a state of ease and calm. Sonja also has a weekly class at Freshwater.
