24.01.2022 Halfway home. After being mucked around with a load out of WA . (found out on way to load it wasn't where I was told it was it was 3 more hrs away) .Am picking up a Volvo loader from Dubbo up to Sarina QLD. Will be near two weeks by the time I get back to Qld. 'DUKE' and I are best mates now lol.

19.01.2022 Heading home from loading in Brisbane. I am heading over to Pinjarra. Looking forward to the challenge of being out of my comfort zone doing a solo run a little further away than where we normally run. Things have been pretty slow for a while . Hopefully things will start picking up .

13.01.2022 Last day on road and its raining!!!! After a hiccup yesterday when an idler pully collapsed and I got stuck between Gilgandra and Coonabarabran for 4 hrs , I am homeward bound after being beaten by the light. and had to spend the night in Narrabri. A HUGE THANKYOU goes out Dane who owns and runs DC Mechanical & maintenance from Dubbo who came out and replaced the the pullies and belts. Your a bloody legend mate. Will be good to get home!!

10.01.2022 Wes got home last night from another trip over to WA . Managing to avoid lockdown he and A LOT of other trucks were running empty just to get out. A dingo at Nullarbor roadhouse caught his eye. And he thought I could do with a thong(jandal) fly swat. ( It could come in handy for big flies haha)

07.01.2022 So I am in South Australia. The tractor needs a quarantine clean, so they sent me to Esperance from the border. Its going to take until tomorrow afternoon. Am treating myself a motel tonight. The truck is going well considering the massive winds that have been around. Bloody freezing at night.. Crazy!!

06.01.2022 The Nullarbor Roadhouse. Under new ownership. Lovely people. Friendly and very helpful. Plenty of space for trucks with a motel out back. Spotless facilities. I would definitely stop in there again!! #Nullarborroadhouse #truckstops

04.01.2022 Picking up our load on Sunday, stop and check engine lights came on. Concerned we took her in to get checked. A new throttle sensor and valve later , we're back on road. She feels like a new truck with power to spare. A huge thank you to Mark and his team. Wayne has left for Dubbo then WA this morning.
