24.01.2022 AIR FRYER HACK! _jos_kitchen hacked our MAGGI Chicken Chasseur Recipe Base in to a delicious pizza made in the air fryer! Here's how she did it:... Turkish bread pizza bases, cut into squares (approx 8cm) 1 packet MAGGI Chicken Chasseur Recipe Base 1 small onion, diced 1/2 small red capsicum, thinly sliced 500g chicken tenderloins 2 tablespoons tomato paste 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup grated pizza cheese Handful of fresh rocket Freshly grated parmesan (optional) 1 In a frypan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook onions for 5 minutes, add capsicum and cook for a further 2 minutes. 2 Place the whole chicken tenderloins into the pan and grill them for 3 minutes on each side. 3 In a jug, mix the water, MAGGI Chicken Chasseur Recipe Base and tomato paste and pour into the frypan. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick and the chicken is cooked. 4 Carefully remove the chicken tenderloins, thinly slice and set aside on a clean plate. 5 Spoon some of the chasseur sauce over the pizza base squares and add little pizza cheese. Add a few slices of the grilled chasseur chicken and airfry at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes. 6 Carefully remove the pizzas and top with fresh rocket and a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
