23.01.2022 Meet Our Maggie Moo Music Educators Super Miss Lea is a wonderful mum with 2 young boys and has been working at Maggie Moo for almost a year now! She loves to dress up, loves to dance and sing and you will often find her sitting under the parachute with the children having just as much fun as they are Super Miss Lea really is a super woman as she runs our Hall classes on Monday and Wednesday as well as visits various centres around Toowoomba. ... Miss Lea will be at the FREE trial this coming Monday with Miss Kylie and we cant wait to meet you and your families. Our little moo-vers last week decorated their own flower pots and were given sunflower seeds to grow over the holidays. I cant wait to see how they are going. Mr 3 and I will start watering ours today Did you know at Maggie Moo we have a sensory/craft play at every Mixed Moo session? We have lots of fun exploring different textures and creating crafts to take home. Here are some of the benefits your little one gains from these weekly activities: Developing and Strengthening Fine Motor skills. When kids use their fingers to manipulate art materials they are developing their fine motors skills as they use those small muscles in their hands. Their bilateral coordination skills improve as they learn to use both hands at the same time. Literacy and Communication Skills - asking questions and discussing with a parent about what they are seeing and creating. Self-esteem- Art and craft activities give kids a sense of achievement and allow them to take pride in their work which builds confidence. Quality time Bonding Time - You get to spend quality time bonding with your kids and at the same time, you are creating lifelong memories to cherish. 03.01.2022 Things You Dont Need To Worry About At Maggie Moo Music Sessions Another one I would like to add it is perfectly fine for your child not to sit throughout the class. Ive had children before that will join in standing up the entire time through the lesson. It is all ok Some like to wander around just observing at first and thats ok . I have had over 27 years experience teaching children from 0-10 years of age with a lot of my teaching experience being with babies, tod...dlers and kindergarten.
