The book focuses on the real beauty of utilising seasonal produce throughout the year, and how meals have the ability to bring family together. 17.01.2022 Peeling the lid off a Le Duc Vacherin, a mesmerising moment of calm amidst the chaos of the week. This soft, surface-ripened washed rind cheese is specially made for Will Studd Cheese in the mountains of the Franche-Comte region of France, using a recipe adapted from the seasonal spruce bound cheeses of the region. Bound with a thin ring of bark, skilfully cut from local pine trees during the summer months, then ripened in a traditional wooden box, Le Duc Vacherin is best enjoyed when the smooth pinkish rind starts to ripple and bulge. Inside, the cheese softens to a rich, creamy melt-in-the- mouth texture with just a hint of forest. Pick one of these beauties up from us & enjoy over the weekend.

The year that has since passed has been quite eventful, to say the least! Throughout it all, we have been continually supported & encouraged by the lovely locals. We have enjoyed the wonderful relationships that we have built with our amazing customers and suppliers immensely & can honestly sa...y that we have loved opening our doors to you all, every day over the last year.
