24.01.2022 SPRING IS HERE WHICH CHOICE ARE YOU CHOOSING!

24.01.2022 I went through lots of Different Quotes this afternoon to find what best suits this current Situation we are about to find ourselves in! I read lots related to heaps and could have easily posted some of them but I actually just wanted to say this to you instead! Most of us had "Goals" that we wanted to achieve in this 6 week period! There was meant to be an "End Game"- This next week coming was meant to be "Week 5", It was meant to be that tiny Little hurdle that was going ...to get us to the last "Sprint" Home! The final week where we gave it our EVERYTHING! Which was to become Week 6, where we would be finished! We would look back over the last 6 weeks and see where we succeeded, were we failed, what worked, what we needed to improve on, what made us proud, the Blood Sweat and Tears, the laughter, the strength, the love the support, all of the hard work it took to get where we got to.. I'm asking from the bottom of my whole being PLEASE PLEASE.. finish out your 6 weeks, please keep going to the end, have all the feelings that you should have continue on with your "Plan" DONT GIVE UP! Once we hit 6 weeks we will CELEBRATE the last 6 weeks together, THEN we will reset and move forward toward a new goal which will help us get through the next part.. It wont be easy, it wont feel like its worth, it wont us happy, it will bring us tears.. HOWEVER it will also help us "Survive" and 2020 is the year of "Survival" ! For Tonight though you are allowed to feel how ever you need to BUT remember tomorrow is Monday and the Key to Success is to never MISS A MONDAY no matter how we Feel! Much Love to you All Mel X

21.01.2022 WEEK 3 OF ISO IS COMING! KICK ITS ARSE! This is the Hardest Part, This is the week where you start to shift from your FOCUS!! Shift It BACK!!!! Don't Give in the "TEMPTATION"- The thought that creeps in that says... " I cant do it" "I want to give up" "I've had enough now" "I want to just stop now" If your Struggling to Still get excited to stay Focused you need to re set your Goals- Make a goal that you know you can achieve this week! Make it REALISTIC! This will help with "Shifting Back" to your main Goal, sometimes we just need a little reminder that even though we have set ourselves a "Goal" its ok to find Smaller Goals that are achievable in a shorter time! It makes the "END GAME" even more EXCITING! MEL X LETS BRING IT!!

18.01.2022 Hi guys, I thought after the announcement was made today that I wanted/needed to put a post up about what my future plans are.. I've always been honest with all my clients about things regarding Magic Fitness, some might even say a little to honest BUT I have prided myself on having that standard regarding honesty because that's what I have always expected from my clients, that's what they have always received from Me.. That's why I have to make this accouncement now rather... then later.. Magic Fitness WONT BE RE OPENING... I am going to spend time focusing on My family, I dont think it's right to not give my clients 100% and at the moment it's not possible for me to give 100% to both family and Magic Fitness I hope you can all understand this and wish you all the very best of luck in your fitness Journey a ahead X Lots of love to you all Mel x Stay safe and keep smiling See more

14.01.2022 For the last 3 months we have consistency every Friday trained together, there were a few weeks Jeremy Jezza Pigdon had hurt his back so couldnt train but still supported me for the side lines, its been a different kind if year this year one that we all will remember for years to come no doubt! I hope you have all achieved a goal through out these Lockdowns! 2020 is certainly the year of Strength! Happy Friday Mel x

13.01.2022 Happy Sunday! Let me first start by saying "Whooooooo Whooooooo" Let the Gym's Open!!! Let the people like yourselves be able to go back and Continue the training you have been doing, Start Back at Training, where ever it is that you are currently at in your fitness Journey! Excited doesn't quiet seem enough of a word to express my Feelings! So I can only imagine how you guys must be Feeling! So I'm here to remind you "It's Your Time" - Your time to be able to celebrate th...e simple fact that you hung in there, Hung in the for what at times seemed like it just wasn't going to come! It wasn't Pretty at Times I'm sure, there would have been many tough challenges for you all, some Goals Meet, Some Goals may have just been put to the side for a little while! Some Goals would have gotten Smashed out the Park! What ever you own Journey was it can now begin to start a new one.. What better time then when we have longer days more sunlight, more chance to get out there! 11.01.2022 Hey Guys, It has been quite a while since I checked in to you guys to see say Hello.. I think now more then forever its important for me to check in.. We are all about to begin yet again what lots of People are referring to as Lockdown 2.0 coz lets face it for some its is round 2, for others it hasn't stopped.. For the ones who are trying to wrap your head around "What are we going do to" How are we going to get through this?", "Here we go again" l get it!! I'm their with ...you.. It sucks and I think for others their still in the shock of "Not Again".. I'm not here to try an make you feel better about the Situation I'm here to let you know its ok to have the feelings you've got, its ok to be Deflated, sad, angry, emotional. Last time no one new what we were in for this time WE KNOW AND WE KNOW HOW HARD IT IS... IT'S OK TO NOT BE OK at the moment.. It's ok to want to cry and be sad just remember to reach out to your Friends and Family or a complete stranger for comfort and Support so your not going through it all alone.. Its ok to be Frustrated and think "Ive come SO far"- how will I get back to where I was? "Why is this still happening"? All those questions are Relevant and Ok to be Talking about! I will check in with you ALL more through out this we can get through this together.. 11.01.2022 6 weeks ago we were told that we would go into Lockdown again! "Lockdown 2.0 Began"- It was one of those times you sit back and say to yourself "Here we go again"! Yep I'm guilty of it, I was Less then Impressed believe me, I had begun something new, I was excited to see what was to come from a different sort of Training, I had met some amazing people and started to feel more like "Myself" again and I was loving every single part of it! To only then be told "Lockdown again"... - The thoughts slowly began to creep in and I was like "Noooooo I cant do this again, I dont want to do this again" ETC everything that you guys felt I did to 100%, I'm human to guys! After a couple of conversations with myself (Yep Self talk) its a form of the best Self Love you can get I made a decision I wasn't going to let it beat me! So I did what every person does who needs to stay accountable I set myself some goals and I made sure I was held accountable! I have not only Beaten this lockdown I kicked its Arse! I have Tried different Foods which I never thought I would! I have also changed my whole mindset to do with some areas of my Training! That was the biggest goal that I have achieved! I love this Quote because I think we can all relate to it in any area of our lives! Set your Soul on Fire! Believe in yourself and you will see the changes! 2020 hasn't be easy it has Tested each and everyone of us but if you are still doing your Best and you are still out there Living your life to the best it can be in these Trying Times then you are amazing and you have Also "Beaten Lockdown 2.0" See more
