15.01.2022 Thursday just past was World Suicide Prevention Day & R U Ok Day. It's great that there is a specific day to bring awareness to a topic that is all too often hidden away. However we would love to encourage everyone to reach out not just on that day but any day to ask someone you know "Are you ok?" and be there to listen - not do just listen. You never know how that simple questions could make all the difference!

10.01.2022 Calling Volunteers to Support Good360 - Can you Help? Can you help Good360 give disadvantaged kids the best start possible to the 2021 school year? Many families have been struggling over the past year and we need help packing Back to School Empower Packs full of essential school items. We urgently need volunteer assistance from 21 January to 10 February. ... You can volunteer alone, or as part of a team, we welcome your help to assemble these packs. Our warehouse is based at Smithfield in Western Sydney, volunteers will work 6 hours between 9 am 3 pm. Book the days you’re available to volunteer and secure your times. NB: All visitors will be required to wear a mask while at the warehouse, temperature checks will be conducted on arrival and COVID-19 hygiene best practice is in place for volunteer’s safety. https://good360.org.au/donate-your-time/
