25.01.2022 Raw vegan wedding cake how magical is this creation!? This beautiful whimsical wedding cake was for The Real Foodies for their wedding this weekend. congratulations you two beautiful people! This cake went through so many incarnations before it became this I tried caramel drip, gold leaf, more minimalistic flower arrangements...I was so ready to give up when this whimsical idea popped into my head whilst napping on the floor hahah! I think it worked out beautifully.... Each tier is a different flavour the bottom is spiced pear reduction and banoffee fudge, second tier is chai caramel latte and the top tier is candied blueberry, White choc, salted caramel and activated pistachio
24.01.2022 You've asked for more workshops and I've listened! In a months time I'll be running a 'Raw Treats Workshop' with 10 students! You can learn how to make, decorate & take home your own mini black forest cheesecake, superfood snack bar (contains peanuts) and choc banana caramel glazed doughnut! 22.01.2022 RAW VEGAN UNICORN CAKE I'm so excited about this cake! I've been wanting to make a unicorn cake for months now and I've finally done it!! Everything is raw and organic except for the fondant ears. I made a mould for a polymer clay horn using agar agar and glycerine which created a 'silicone' cast I then filled with raw salted caramel chocolate yummmmm! It was time consuming but so worth it. I piped heaps of beautiful raw 'buttercream' flowers for the mane and made some activated charcoal eyelashes the cake underneath that white 'buttercream' is a multicoloured paddle pop cheesecake! The flavour is white chocolate, passion fruit, lemon and sweet orange blossom, coloured with Just Blends pink pitaya and butterfly pea powder and E3Live Australia blue Magik. Happy 10th birthday to a lucky girl

I went a little crazy extra with the flowers, but I think they look beautiful topped with local strawberries and 24k edible gold leaf
