24.01.2022 UI design challenge to redesign the payment gateway experience. - Ive been seeing several examples of making the experience similar to filling in details on a physical credit card. 21.01.2022 Funny where inspiration comes along sometimes. In this case, on the bus passing the QLD Museam promoting thier new NASA exhibit: Human Adventure. Looks good. Will want to check it out. Wandered over to their website and had some ideas to capture the human spirit for innovation and adventure in a new digital experience design. Put together a little sketch so I don't forgot it. 08.01.2022 Bit of a change of pace from what I usually post but kind of excitied to be working on this new project I've been planning over the Christmas break. Taking some ultra valuable experience I've gained over the past 12 months in front end development, I've been researching and learning how to use #vuejs. Very early days for this little side project that while themed as a Warhammer 40k app currently to help me with context, will eventually become a template for a general content... picker. Once I get my head around the VueJS language, this should be a very interesting project Ill be plugging some spare time into. 16.12.2021 Awesome opportunity to work with NewVote over Christmas break redesigning their digital democracy app that is being used at #UQuniversity. Great to return to the project having helped design the UX/UI for their MVP during a past #RHOKbrisbane hackathon. We can call this an unofficial RHOL from the initial weekend hackathon.... Had a blast taking everything I've learnt about both design and development since then and now redesigning both the look and feel as well as the user flow. 05.12.2021 LOGO REBRAND for Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Started thinking about strategies to soften the brand perception and image of one of the major banks in Australia. From a visual level, the logo redesign updates the logo mark and font for one of Australia's most established institutions. The new logo now uses an outline style instead of the full colour shape style of the original. The corners have been slightly rounded while still retaining the diamond profile that is integral... to the brand message (stability, strength, reliability).
