24.01.2022 Very cool to be able to work with Matthew McConaughey on this shoot, co-directing, shooting and processing the 360 photograph. But what's even more exciting is... a fantastic use case for 360 photography - capturing the moment in time. I've never shared the sentiments about "360 Video killing 360 Photography" neither the one about "Low-quality 360s are killing the industry". So glad for this prime example showing how (well-executed) 360 photograph can tell the whole story with one single frame. I encourage everybody to show this shot when pitching to clients. Let's create more of these ;-) technical stuff: a7RII, Canon 8-15 on 12mm, R1 head, 4+N, 5 brackets, 16K equi A fair bit of work in PS, no external light used - we shot with the door open to lit the talent with natural light and later 'closed the door' in PS ;) Delivered within 24hrs from the shoot. Yes, there are imperfections in composition and post-production, but given the short time frame, I believe the result is satisfactory.

11.01.2022 Long exposure night shotI have always been fascinated by the magic of long exposure photos. This photo is the result of a single DNG-8 series ISO100 and the longest possible exposure and features an illusion. The photo was processed with KanDao Raw+ and Lightroom. There were so many people standing around the fountain and taking selfies that it was impossible to get a shot without any people in it. It took me over half an hour to get a shot with people in the distance. In addition to this, I must have had an elevated heartbeat, because the QooCam was only mounted to the Fusion grip balanced on the edge of the fountain and ready for disaster. ;-)
