15.01.2022 A great afternoon of bowls at Macknade Bowls Club. The annual State of Origin event was a huge success. A very close competition with Queensland winning 165 to 148 with both sides winning 80 ends each.

05.01.2022 The Junior State Championships has kicked off this morning at North Toowoomba Bowls Club. The championships run from 17-22 January 2021 and are held at North Toowoomba and Toowoomba Bowls Clubs.

After the completion of the first 3 games, only 2 teams have won all 3. 01.01.2022 Today was a great day at South Townsville where we had Noorla bowls club come for our annual home and away visit. The morning game was fantastic with Souths an...d Noorla playing for the Ray Johnson shield and the Results was Sth 122 and Noorla 99 and then we went in and had a fantastic lunch and trifles for dessert made excellent from our ladies and then we went out to play for the Normy Summers trophy which the Noorla club was ready for the next game by coming back to win 118 to 104. I would like to thank everyone who supported This event and can not wait for our return visit. See more
