23.01.2022 Magnetic Island game is progressing well, with players from Whitsundays, Charters Towers, Cairns and Townsville. Please ensure you provide your own drink bottle..., to assist options will be available at the ground as the Magnetic Island Magpies will be hosting the food and hydration at the ground for purchase. Showers will be available at the ground. We must continue to abide by COVID protocols. A register will be at the ground near the bar, all players and spectators must complete. Please assist so we can all look after each other. After game event at the Bungalow bay Koala Village, a few hundred meters from the oval. Looking forward to catching up with everyone. 01.01.2022 Thank you to all the volunteers today at our home game, with support given for set up, bbq, umpiring & cleaning up. It was a great day for footy - the ground looks fantastic at the moment & good to see so much support for our kids. Next week we are playing out at Charters Towers, first game (U 11’s) at 10am, with U13’s to follow at 11am. Can you please let me know if you are able to drive & if you are going up on Friday or Saturday morning. Our priority is to get the players/...coaches into vehicles, but if there are spare seats available & you want to come out, I’m sure we can make that happen.
