Be able to work in a team but also be able to clean to a HIGH standard on your own Be Flexible! This industry can bring changes at short notice. You must have flexible availability including weekends and have full availability in school holidays. Be reliable - Understand that we are a team and being unreliable can impact all of us and our entire day You must be able to make a 3 month minimum commitment. This is a very physical job, so please decide if this is right for you before applying. It costs alot of time and effort to train you if you plan on leaving after 2 weeks to a month Have a sense of humour! We still like to have a little fun!
