25.01.2022 After 7 years of being in business we wanted to re-introduce ourselves! Hi, we’re Helen and Megan, co-founders of Magnetic Shots. Our dream was to bring the joy of photo magnets to every household in Australia. In 2013, we launched our business at a Melbourne Cup event in Darling Harbour where we provided something personalised and fun for all the guest.... After seven years of business Magnetic Shots has created photo magnets at over 600 events, including multi-cultural weddings, outdoor festivals, glamourous corporate galas, and now 7 years of Melbourne Cup events! We are on the Executive Committee for our local Maitland Business Chamber and proud winners of the Hunter Region Business Excellence Award for Best Home Based Business. We now have a team of trained professional photographers and graphic designers that love seeing your guests’ faces light up when they receive their magnet. We’ve had the opportunity to work with Fendi, BMW, IKEA and Lebara, both locally and interstate. We love having a business that introduces us to a range of interesting people and stunning venues in Sydney, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland. We just need a booking in Western Australia to complete the set! We have continued making magnets at weddings and events and now offer corporate photography services under the Magnetic Shots brand. Drawing upon our history in commercial photography studios and event management, we offer conference photography, corporate headshots and business branding imagery, all with the personalised touch Magnetic Shots is known for. Regardless of our business achievements, Magnetic Shots still prides itself on its unique personalised designs and the relationships we have with our clients. We respect that all our clients have different priorities and preferences and we are all about getting to know you and what’s important for your event or corporate shots. Magnetic Shots wants to provide you with images that blow your mind, and to change the way your business, wedding or event is remembered! 21.01.2022 A behind the scenes look at one of our recent headshot shoots. With our Simple Studio package your company will get perfect, crisp, clean headshots that are consistent across the whole company. Our set up is easy for us to replicate so we can come back 3 months later, capture the new employees and maintain a coherent style. You can choose from white, black or dark grey backdrop or we can come to your place of business, so you don’t have to interrupt your business day, and can photograph in your boardroom or office - great for high volume headshots!!
