23.01.2022 ANZAC day will be looking very different this year. If you have to stay home, why not make your own ANZAC biscuits. We have done the hard work to bring you a nice easy, and not so unhealhty recipe. Enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit while you spare a thought for the men and woman who made the ultimate sacrifice. Lest we forget. www.magnifitness.com.au/blog/anzac-biscuit-variety/

23.01.2022 We did it. Stadium Stomp 2018 done, 5000 steps stomped and everyone is still smiling :-) :-)

20.01.2022 As a Personal Trainer, the annual Fitness Conference is quite the buzz. This year, the venue was smaller than usual but our two day virtual forum was inspiring and educational as always. #FILEX2020

20.01.2022 This is it. City 2 Surf 2019 just about to start. Good luck to all 80000 participants. #teammagni #city2surf #sydney #running #outdoorfitness

20.01.2022 A big thank you to all for joining in the mission to unravel some of Mitchelton's history. Lucky it didn't require to many burpees along the way. The highlight for me was definitely being caught showing our best disco moves and of course a well earned breakfast at Hobby Lane. #funbirthdayworkout

20.01.2022 In light of the COVID-19 madness, our group session will continue with some changes: 1. We will continue to train outdoors, spreading out as needed 2. 19.01.2022 Team Magni are at it again. Great effort this morning tackling Nulty Way Stairs as lead up to Stadium Stomp. There may be a sore leg or two tomorrow #legday

16.01.2022 Awesome effort Team Magni. We showed those stairs..... All 5000 of them. #legday

15.01.2022 We wish you and your family a very merry Christmas. Enjoy the festive season and make it an active one

15.01.2022 At Magni Fitness, we love the outdoors, so we decided to go a little greener by leaving the car at home :-)

10.01.2022 Easter can also be about having fun, being active and eating healthy.

10.01.2022 With restrictions easing in QLD this week, we are back to group training starting Saturday 16 May. Our workouts will be equipment free or one user only and we will of course observe the required distance. If you don't feel well, please stay home. Our late cancellation policy is on hold until further notice. But if you feel good, grab your towel and head to the park on Saturday. 08.01.2022 FILEX 2019 done and dusted. An amazing 3 days learning and growing, exchanging ideas with other fitness professionals and getting my fingers on the pulse of latest research and trends. And of course catching up with the event crew family and lots of other familiar faces. Feeling pumped and super inspired.

07.01.2022 Trick and treating for our morning group PT in the park. Booooo #fun

06.01.2022 Out for a morning trot, the smell of bacon like a blanket over the suburb, tells me this is no ordinary Sunday. Happy Mother's Day

03.01.2022 This is one hard earned coffee!!! #teammagni #city2surf #westpacredzone #outdoorfitness #running

03.01.2022 Happy Easter. Enjoy your time at home. Make it an opportunity to do something new. Try out a new receipe, bake your own bread, tidy your wardrobe to donate, camp in the back yard or binge watch that series you never started. Be sure to schedule in some "me" time if the chores list is getting long. However you decide to spend your time, think about how it will make you feel on Tuesday morning. Do something that will make you feel good and remember, there is more to Easter than chocolate. Enjoy.
