13.01.2022 Came across this lil blue tongue fella during my walk today. Lizards offer us huge lessons about using our perception and instinct to get by in life. Lizards also teach us to get in the rhythm of our environment and be in tune with nature. The medicine of the lizard highlights the need to be still and quiet when the situation calls for it. It is certainly a good time to go inward being the great conjunction today!

09.01.2022 One of my favourite things to do is to dip my feet in creek when we go for walks, I always make sure I’m wearing my Tevas sandles! How do you fill your cup when you’re out in nature?

03.01.2022 I have been assisting in the breathwork classes at Summer Healing Yoga these past few weeks and it’s been so beautiful seeing so many people lean into self healing and tuning into their body in such a proufound way! We also had a very powerful meditation ceremony for the great conjunction last night, what a special event to witness in such a beautiful space. How beautiful is this mountain mural?!
