04.01.2022 Last week I was lucky enough to attend 2 Yoga Therapy courses in Melbourne hosted by Loraine Rushton from Zenergy Yoga. During this course my love for yoga doubled maybe even tripled. This type of yoga is amazing!!! Some of the topics covered were yoga for healthy lower backs, stress and anxiety, ADD/ADHD, healthy digestion, autism, coughs and colds (Doing these atm ) the list could go on. I gained so much from this course that I can add to my classes.... The Yoga Therapy courses were the last requirement for me to become a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I will be forever grateful to Loraine for sharing her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. xx
