To give you a little bit of insight & info we work with a large network of salons to make a positive impact to the environment and our fellow community members that need a bit of support. We sell or donate all our waste.... yep everything!!!!! Our salon is %95 sustainable! Donating %100 of the money we’ve collected from selling our waste We have managed to turn what would be waste into..: -118,000 meals for the homeless and people in need. 14.01.2022 We have updated out booking deposit of %50 to a small deposit To help when clients when rebooking please read below for more information. Mahalia for hair has now had to implement a deposit policy. Your deposit will be credited to your account for your appointment. ... -Your deposit will be based on your appoint time and cost $0-$80 Deposit of $30 $150-$200 Deposit of $50 $200-$250 Deposit of $100 $250 or higher deposit of $150 -non refundable if the salon doesn’t get 24 hours notice. This must be done by calling the salon to reschedule your appointment or if after hours messaging the business Facebook page. No other way of canceling will be recognized. Do not reply back to conformation text saying no- we will not get that notification and it says if you need to reschedule your appointment to call us. If you don’t confirm your appointment via the conformation text you will be called 24 hours before. If you still don’t get back to us your appointment it will be deleted and the deposit will still be non refundable. The policy will be affective from Friday 22nd of January We didn’t want to have to do this but small business had taken a big hit, and can’t have no show appointments. Hope you all understand. 13.01.2022 A few things we need you to do before you attend your appointment Arrive with washed dry hair Bring water bottle to remain hydrated as we are not offering drinks. (We have disposable cups & water but please bring your own when you can)... If your feeling unwell please reschedule you appointment ASAP make sure when you sign into the salon you are providing up to date contact information you can only attend the appointment by your self! This is very important as we are limited to how many guest are in the salon at one time. Exemption to this is breast feeding mothers are welcome to bring their baby make sure you are in time and the most important rule... get excited as you are going to look and feel fabulous What a ride this has been! We are back with so much passion for what we love to do. If we haven’t called you please be patient with us, we have had a lot of appointments to reschedule and many people on the wait list. We have hired new staff to facilitate the demand!!! We have been in the salon all day training and making sure our COVID safety plan was %100 up to the new regulations as we only got notice at 11am yesterday. we want to assure you we have gone above government guidelines to keep you and the staff safe. Unfortunately we are still in a position of uncertainty of the date we will be opening.... We are working remotely and all calls are directed to a mobile.
