25.01.2022 What do we do here at Mahana? Mahana consists of a group of 5 guides I have channeled for a very long time. Each of them have their own purpose in every reading. My guides are here to help people on their human experience who may be feeling lost or are dealing with tragedy, trauma and grief. My guides often show me the event in your life that causes this trauma or they explain to me what happened to you to get you to this place your now in. With love and respect my guides tal...k me through many different processes and ways in which I communicate to you that help you shift negativity and past hurt. The whole purpose Mahana was created was to help people shift through their human experience in a more spiritual way. Our purpose is to be of service to anyone with pain in their life. If there is something haunting you, something that just won’t leave you, something that is needing your understanding then allow these wonderful guides to walk you through healing. Mahana is not your average or normal psychic reading. It is designed to help you move on in life and get you back to your true purpose. Mahana is for direction and clarity. My guides have been known to speak of Universal Laws that also help us use to our advantage to make our human existence better in all areas. I love what my guides do and I am humbled everyday to be living this journey with them. Being born seeing the universe in full function and talking to spirit just as easily as I would talk to a person in a room is me, I know life no other way. 17.01.2022 Introducing my guide Rachel.... I know this is Kylie Minogue in the 80’s but I couldn’t find a closer picture to best describe how my Spirit guide Rachel presents to me. This guide is like a Personal Assistant to me. She helps me organise every aspect of my life from Family to work. She is fun and makes me laugh constantly. I’ve often been caught out shopping laughing out loud at something she has said. I listen and argue with her all the time. I’m never right, she is always right lol. She loves and guides me through all the mess. To me she is my ultimate bestie and is always looking out for my highest and best interest.
17.01.2022 Some readings will never leave me. I do many readings every day, every week. All of them different all of them special. However every now and then I have one that touches my heart. The spirit I connected to came back to me after the reading was finished and sat with me for sometime. She was younger and lived a life path that no one should ever have to face. I personally have many children and this spirit was the same age as one of my own. Her only option was to end her life ...here as no one was walking this human existence with her. Spirits often project their feelings onto me and I experience the exact way she felt at that time. I personally have walked a path as a young child that was hard but I never had it in the way this young girl did. I will never forget that feeling ever. I couldn’t even describe it to you. I had to sit with my head guide for a few hours after experiencing this. She explained it in many different ways to help me process the answers to my why questions. The main thing I got from it was just never stop being kind, always ask if someone is ok even if the asking makes you uncomfortable. Hug your children tighter and love that they will never know this young girls existence. Also personally even though this broke me in a way and made my heart ache how truly blessed I am to walk with spirit and learn all my why questions I have in this way. Most importantly I want to say, Thank you to this young spirit for allowing me to share your story and trusting me. You can now rest knowing that your feelings have been felt and your voice has finally been heard. Even though in your human existence no one listened, now you are in spirit I hear and honour you, you are loved. See more
16.01.2022 If you are feeling stuck with your life direction, take time out to sit with this feeling. Ask yourself to clear your mind and look at your life from the perspective of love. Ask your self what it is you love about life right now? What keeps you moving and motivated? Allow yourself to feel all the positive things that are going on right now. Then when you are feeling more positive look at the thing that isn’t working for you. Ask yourself how you can be more kinder to that thing? Once you see it from a softer more loving perspective the answer will come flooding to you. It is very hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you have hate and frustration. Remove those feelings and replace with love and your mind will be at a much better place to see the answer....
16.01.2022 This photo best describes what I see with my third eye when I have a loved one come and connect to me. My gatekeeper guide is there also organising the connection. It is magical sitting physically in a room with another person but also being in a different time and place with others. I wish I could magically give everyone this experience as each and every time it takes my breath away.

14.01.2022 This is very true. If you live in a state of worry all the time all you are doing is keeping the situation your worried about active in your life. Universal Law states that you bring into your life what you think about and obsess over. So all your going to creating is more reasons for you to worry. Let worry go, it’s just an emotion and nothing more.

Then once I have acknowledged them a picture of what they looked like here on Earth will appear in my mind. 14.01.2022 Like attracts like right????? So if your wanting to make better friends or have better relationships remember people meet your energy before you. It’s our spirits meeting before our physical body does. If your wanting to have better energy around you and flowing through you I can give you a little tip I personally use. Before I enter a dinner party or a function I close my eyes and think of my kids. They are my own happiest thought (find your happiest thought). I emerge mys...elf in that feeling of love and I can feel my spiritual energy rising. I feel happier and more content. After I have that feeling in me, that energy buzzing around me, I then enter the room. It’s funny people always comment on how happy I am all the time. It’s because I put attention into being happy. I put attention in my energy I’m projecting out. So as I said like attracts like. If your energy is off you’ll have experiences that match that energy. If your energy is high and happy then people who are also at that level will find you. Cool little trick to do before your day or night starts to assure you have a better time.... See more

12.01.2022 We often forget in great times of darkness that we control our own ability to bring back the light into our lives. Allow yourself to start to breath again after darkness has visited you. Allow yourself to smile once more if only for a second. Allow yourself to hold someone you love really tightly until you soften just a smudge. It’s perfectly ok to only have a smaller light after darkness visits you. When you recover (and you will) your light will get stronger and your darkness will find a new place away from you.

05.01.2022 My Spirit Guides The reason for the Black bird in my new design is purely for my head guide. I call her Black Duck as she would appear to me when I was a child in the form of a Black Duck. ... I had the most epic of imaginary friends lol. She has been with me my whole life. Through times of great love and times of abuse or dark lows. She went through everything right beside me. She has been a teacher to me and has kept me safe when I needed it, watched me fall (falling with me) when I needed that also. Our guides are asked to walk our lives with us. They will guide you through everything. You need only to ask. You don’t need to know them but just trust that they are there. It’s in the trust and believing that the connection begins ...

04.01.2022 GRYPHON...... This is an Image that best describes my Healing guide. I call him Gryphon (I’m very simple with names lol). When people sit down with me I feel him straight away. He is actually the first of my guides to meet you. Gryphon has the ability to light your Chakras bright so I can see what has been happening. For example if it has been something in your life that you’ve been keeping to yourself Gryphon will light up your throat space and I will see colours around you...r throat. Different colour represent different things. This also shows me that you need to speak up in regards to something, or stop talking about something. This guide is all loving, he is warm and kind hearted. The feeling I get from him I refer to as the safety and warmth you get from a big cuddly dog. He is wonderful and has helped heal and change the life of many. He is the reason so many people say when they leave a Mahana session that they feel so much lighter. I just adore this guide See more

02.01.2022 My guides have asked me to share a story about me. I have told some people about this story. Not even all my family are aware of this story. However, I trust that there are many of you right now that need to hear this as it will help. When I was around 11 years old, I found myself in a form of a kids home. It was for younger people who were struggling, a place full of other kids who have experienced trauma. On my very first afternoon there I was confronted by two teenage boy...s with not the best of intentions. I found myself in a situation that I didn’t want to be in. Me being me I didn’t stand for any of this and as I was pushed up against the wall I fought back. Anyone who knows me knows I’m pretty short and small but full of a lot of fight. One of these boys didn’t like me fighting back and punched me hard right in the middle of my face. My nose bleed instantly and I fell to the ground. A young 11 year old girl not knowing what just happened sitting there in pain. It was at this point I noticed a real spiritual moment. It was like the whole world went on slow motion. My spirit guide (black duck) came straight to me. She sat beside me and said what are you going to do Jo? You can stay down here and hide and I will support you or you can stand up and keep moving. I knew that if I chose to sit there in that space than that was the way my life would go. I would always be the victim. So, I stood up and I swang like I never had before. By this time staff had arrived and the boys were delt with very strongly. At such a younge age I chose to stand up. A lesson that I will always be thankful for. My point by telling you this story is; Are you going to stay down right now and allow life to dictate your fate or are you going to stand up????
01.01.2022 My guide Rachel was explaining the meaning behind goals to a client the other day. The reason why the Universe encourages goals is so you can find a way to find true happiness. The trick behind goal setting is for your goal to be in the best interest of others. It is through serving others that we can truely Spiritually grow. The aim of goal setting is to achieve the objective you have chosen. If the objective is for self and material things you will find that once achieved y...ou will still have that itch inside you wanting more. So you will set another goal asking for more material things and no matter how much you achieve you will still have that itch you can not scratch. However Rachel explains if your goal is to help and serve others, when you achieve this your left with satisfaction, achievement, spiritual growth. The Universe works in series of Laws and by making your goals to be of benefit to others the Universal law of Attraction will take over and in return bring the exact feeling your goal has left with others straight back to you. How beautiful is that. You will also find all the material things you first set goals to attain will manifest into your life effortlessly. The beauty in it all is that your soul will feel so full that you won’t even notice the material things manifesting instead your lead on a wonderful path of fulfilment and purpose. Personally a full soul and loving heart is a feeling I want to sit in everyday. Change your goals to benefit others not just self and in return your whole human existence will change . See more
