14.01.2022 This is one of the very few Indian restaurants you'll find that don't use packaged sauces or spice mixes to make their curries. The do all the hard work themse...lves without cheating. Probably 90% of Indian restaurants use mixes from a few central suppliers, which is why a chicken tikka masala can often taste identical between two restaurants. Maharaja is different in that it makes its own bases and it shows. I'm yet to have anything but an amazing meal here. Every time we go the services is awesome, it's fun and the food is great. I'm happy to pay a little more for genuine Indian food.
