23.01.2022 To all our clients, We understand that life can be super busy at the best of times, and things can slip our minds. However, we would appreciate it if invoices can paid on time, as its a set back for us as we dont have the time to run around and chase owing payments. For anyone that has outstanding invoices, can you please ensure that they are paid on time, otherwise please contact us and update us so we can work with you.... We have a business to run and unfortunately if invoices do not start being paid in a reasonable time frame, we will have to consider payment on the day or prior to the clean. 21.01.2022 Wed like to announce that we are resuming our cleaning services again! While its has been a stressful few months for us all, wed like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we had suspended our services due to Covid-19 regulations. We have already had such a busy week, and with appointments filling up super fast, we will do what we can to try and assist you, however, we cant guarantee availability for everyone. 19.01.2022 To all our loyal customers, Firstly we would like to say Thankyou for having chosen our team to make life a little easier for you. In the coming weeks, I will be taking a few weeks off from the physical cleaning due to having surgery on my hands. ... However, please rest assure that this wont affect your services. We have a great team behind us, and the support from them has been amazing. They will continue to provide a quality cleaning service to all of you. I will still be contactable regarding appointments, questions, ect... We have been super busy since Christmas and we are continuing to grow because of our dedicated and loyal customers. So, until further notice, we wont be able to take many more regular bookings until Ive recovered. 17.01.2022 *UPDATE* In light of some recent information provided by the Department of Health and Human Services, we would like to announce that Maid For Your Home Cleaning will be continuing on with cleaning services. However, in accordance to the rules and regulations in place amid the COVID-19 situation, there will be some slight changes to our services.... 1) We will be prioritising our clients, such as those who are wont able to physically able to clean themselves, such as the elderly or the disability, first and foremost. 2) We will be limiting time spent in services to 2 hours. 3) We will maintain a safe social distancing of 1.5m in accordance to the current social regulations, which we ask our clients to help us maintain by not being in the same room as us. 4) We ask our clients to notify us if anyone in the household have either recently returned from overseas, have been in recent contact with someone that is suspected of or has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or has just been sick recently. We endeavour to continue providing a quality service for you all and we like to thank each and every one of our clients for their continued loyalty and patience through this crisis.
