12.01.2022 Mainetec would like to wish a huge congratulations to Sam Reddrop for achieving 10 years with our company. This is an enormous achievement, as well as being the first employee to do so outside of one of the Directors. From day 1 Sam has shown fantastic initiative, loyalty and dedication to Mainetec along with a fantastic work ethic which he continues to show today. Sam was the first employee to begin and complete a boilermaker apprenticeship, and after less than 6 months he was thrust into an estimator/planner role. Fast forward to today, Sam is now the Estimating Manager and is also a member of the Senior Management Team. Sam was officially presented with his award at this morning's workshop meeting - Congratulations again Sam!

The first L&H advanced hydracrowd handles to suit a valued client’s CAT 7495 Electric Rope shovel arrived in Australia in December and were dispatched to our client before Christmas to be fitted early this year. The L&H Patented yoke design has been replaced with a forging eliminating the traditional OEM cast transition. This removes the possibility of material defects therefore reducing cracking and in field maintenance and provides a foundation for longer service life. Mainetec are proud to continue their partnership with L&H Industrial this being the first component of its kind sold into the Australia market after having unbelievable success in the US mining sector.
