As most of you know we are pretty understanding and know circumstanc...es change and we are willing to work with you to change appointments. We are so lucky to have an amazing clientele whom we absolutely adore but unfortunately we have had to put this policy into place. If you do happen to do a no show you will be put on a list and 50% of your appointment booking will be charged before you can book another appointment.
