25.01.2022 Wiring for the lights going in the girls new shed. This shot really shows how big it is!
23.01.2022 It’s scary but fun to venture outside for the first time! As soon as these little guys are old enough we will put them out in the paddock next to the cheesery for everyone to see (probably in about a month - hopefully for the school holidays). We will post to let everyone know. We do have some tours running to head down and meet them, details are on our website.
22.01.2022 Merry Christmas and all the very best for 2017! Over Christmas we will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and will re open on December 27th. We will then be open from 10 - 4.30 everyday through January (12 - 4) on public holidays.

19.01.2022 HOME DELIVERY We are now offering home delivery for the Mornington Peninsula! We still have our beautiful girls milking twice a day and are desperately trying to keep them in production through this difficult time. Our shop will also be open for sales 9 - 12 on a Friday and 10 - 3 on a Saturday. If you would like to pre order we can have it packed and ready for you and bring it outside to meet you. We are discounting all cheeses and milk by 10% and will deliver to your doo...r free of charge for all orders $60 and over. Orders between $20 - $60 can also be delivered but there will be a $10 delivery charge. Any help to keep our little dairy in production would be so greatly appreciated and goats milk and goats milk cheese are great for your health! Please send us an email on [email protected] , PM us or comment on this post and we will send you a product and price-list. Deliveries will be on a Thursday. We hope you and your families all stay well x
19.01.2022 Main Ridge Dairy will be open on Wednesdays from now on! Our updated hours are Wednesday to Sunday from 10 till 4.30. Public Holidays are still 12 till 4.

18.01.2022 Meet The Kids! These school holidays we are offering guided tours down to meet our kids and there are lots of them this year! Tours include a bowl of goats milk gelato (with sprinkles!) or a cookie for the human kids and a standard tea or coffee for the adults. Costs are $12 an adult and $10 a child and bookings are essential. Please email us on [email protected]. 18.01.2022 We are open Good Friday from 10 till 2 for cheese sales and have almost all our cheeses available. Marinated Feta and Chvre being jarred up today!

The position does require some physically demanding aspects. Tasks incl. cutting and packing cheese, assisting in basic cheese making and washing and cleaning. 09.01.2022 Sweet little Kitty. Summer is here but it still feels like spring. We are feeling very lucky that we still have green feed.
09.01.2022 So the results are in and we are over the moon! This year Damien entered 8 cheeses and our milk - all 9 entries won a medal! A total of 8 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze! 09.01.2022 Kidding has started! The girls were bang on date and have been kidding thick and fast. Usually things start slowly so it has been very busy!

04.01.2022 Amazing night at the Australian Food Awards! Main Ridge Dairy won Australian Champion medium Producer for 2019! This is an award for the highest achieving producers so a huge well done to Damo! He has worked so hard to build this little company and develop and make his cheeses so we are very proud. 04.01.2022 POSITION VACANT We are seeking a person to milk every second weekend (morning and afternoon) and every Monday, possibly more if wanted. Preferred person would have agricultural experience and must be able to handle heavy machinery. Applicants must be reliable, punctual and good with animals. 04.01.2022 The kids are out! We have lots of month old kids in the paddock next to the cheesery- they are a little shy but are starting to come up to the fence to say hello!

01.01.2022 They are out! We now have our oldest kids (around 3 weeks) out in the paddock next to the cheesery. They are loving it, but still run back to their shed for sleeps, milk and if it rains! Some of them are coming up to the fence for pats, but if the weather is bad they will go uncover and out of sight.
