25.01.2022 SOLD SOLD SOLD 50' ALLOY HOUSEBOAT 2011 model... $185,000 If a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront apartment is on the agenda this could be the one at a fraction of the cost. This 50' Alloy hull Houseboat had the hulls built in Victoria by Baldwin Houseboats then trucked to Sydney where the construction continued until its launching around 2011.
